## Paste your article

Paste a topic, notes, an article or a transcript; get an editable script of scenes, then a narrated video with a picture per scene and captions, priced per minute.

## How do you turn a blog post into a video?

Paste the article into the box and pick a length. A language model rewrites it as a narration script in scenes, keeping your points and your order, each scene with a description of one picture; you edit it for free. Then a voice reads it over a picture per scene, with slow camera moves and burned-in captions, as an MP4 in 16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for Shorts and Reels. 40 credits per started minute of narration.

- **In:** Any text up to 60,000 characters
- **Script:** Free and editable
- **Video:** 40 credits a minute
- **Shapes:** 16:9 and 9:16

## From a published post to an MP4

1. **Paste the article text** Copy the body of the post, not the page around it: menus, comments and 'related posts' would end up in the script. Headings can stay; they help the model split scenes.
2. **Choose how long** 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 or 10 minutes. A long post squeezed into a 1-minute Short keeps only its main point; a 10-minute video can follow every section.
3. **Read the script aloud once** Each scene is a few sentences of narration and one picture description. Names, numbers and product claims are where a rewrite drifts, so check those lines against your post.
4. **Render and post** Pick 16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, a voice and a picture style. Add a link back to the article in the video description.

## What comes out

As the renderer builds it.

| Spec | Value | Source |
| --- | --- | --- |
| File | MP4, H.264 video, 30 fps (1920×1080 in 16:9, 1080×1920 in 9:16. Kept for 48 hours after it is made; download it within that time.) | |
| Narration | 150 words a minute (Six voices. The price is set from the script's word count before rendering: words ÷ 150, rounded up to whole minutes, × 40 credits.) | |
| Pictures | One per scene (From an image model, from the scene's picture description, with a slow zoom in or out for as long as the voice speaks.) | |
| Captions | Burned in, optional (The narration, scene by scene, at the bottom of the frame. Switch them off for a clean picture.) | |

## Blog to video questions

### Does it keep my wording?

It rewrites for the ear: shorter sentences, no headings or links, about 150 words a minute. Your points and their order stay. Edit any line before you render.

### Can I turn a video into a blog post too?

Yes, the other way round: [YouTube to blog post](https://clipscript.app/youtube-to-blog-post) writes an article from a video's transcript.

### What does it cost?

The script is free. The video is 40 credits per started minute of narration, and you choose the length: a 3-minute video from a 1,000-word post is about 450 words of narration and 120 credits. 1,500 credits are $15.

### Can I use my own pictures?

Not yet: each scene's picture comes from an image model, from the description you can edit. Your own pictures are on the list.
